Refund Policy
Pro ($49) and Guardian ($149) are one-time purchases. If the product is not what you expected, we would rather refund you than keep your money.

14-day refund window
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used a live audit on the plan. The Free plan and demo mode let you explore the entire product before paying, so we encourage you to try them first.
Partly used plans
If you have used one or more live audits within the 14-day window, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused audits, calculated against the number of live audits included in your plan.
What is not refundable
Purchases older than 14 days, plans whose live audits have all been used, and accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Use — in particular auditing someone other than yourself.
Refunds are not issued because a search returned few results or because a third-party website declined a removal request. Results depend on what is publicly published, and we cannot compel any site to remove content.
How to request a refund
Email billing@mytrace.fyi from your account email with your PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account, usually within 5–10 business days.
